God is calling us to be a congregation
inspired to serve as a beacon for Christ in our community.

Cyber Church: Wayland UMC Moving Online Through April 4, 2020

March 15, 2020: In recognition of the Coronavirus and COVID-19 pandemic, the counsel of our Bishop David Bard, and the decision of our Administrative Council/Finance Team, Wayland UMC is moving to an online format for Church at least through April 4, 2020. All in-person gatherings at the Church (Worship, Scouts, adult small group, Lenten adult study group) are canceled for the next three weeks. Pastor Jeff will share Facebook Live sermons on Sunday, March 22 and March 29, at 10 am. The Lenten adult study group will transition to a Zoom format. Please see our Facebook page and website for current information.

Listen Later: Archived Worship Services

We are meeting online with Zoom for the remaining Wednesdays at 7 pm on March 18, 25, and April 1. The study is based on the book Mosaic: When God Uses All the Pieces by Shane Stanford.

“In this Lenten study, popular author Shane Stanford examines how the God of the universe uses the broken pieces of our lives to reframe our purpose turning our discarded hopes and dreams into something beautiful and useful–a mosaic in which God uses all the pieces.”

Contact Pastor Jeff to be included in the group invitation for Zoom at jeffwrev@gmail.com or (269-944-9231).
